1. The location is awesome - 2 blocks from subway station, few blocks from central park, quiet and NICE neighborhood.

3. I was looking for a cheap place to stay in the centre of NYC, that was convenient for seeing all the sites, going clubbing, and in a safe location.

4. While it is relatively cheap and has a good location, it is dirty, to go to your room you have to go a long way with long solitary corridors, and sometime you would see people just walking around that makes you wonder if they are also guests of the hotel or what.
