1. Once we got there, they were friendly they let us check in early, gladly.

2. Room service tidys the room and makes the bed (I imagine they change the bed sheets for new guests and long stays) The shared bathrooms were lovely - and alot cleaner than some of the reviews suggest, on check in (3 in the afternoon) the bathroom was immaculate and well presented.
