1. Rooms were extremely clean and the cleaning staff were accommodating to our needs of additional towels and linen.

We usually did not request the room to be cleaned, we re-used our towels that kind of thing, and on the one day we did request cleaning, it took them til late afternoon to get there, and we needed to get ready for dinner, so they hurried it up, so that was our only negative, wished they'd gotten their sooner.

3. The Holiday Inn had softer towels and better pillows, and a brighter room, but I'll take the great customer service, larger bed; and HD TV in the suites.
