1. The Holiday Inn had softer towels and better pillows, and a brighter room, but I'll take the great customer service, larger bed; and HD TV in the suites.

6. The room was larger and nicer than I expected - there was a king-size bed, a small loveseat, granite counter on the vanity and the TV got HBO and a lot of other stations.

7. After calling down to the main office every night, they cheerily brought an extra sheet, which I draped over the bottom half of the bed and tucked it in.

10. A couple more comments - the mattresses in the suite were a little softer, but by the end of our stay, my body ached from sleeping in the bed.
