1. We usually did not request the room to be cleaned, we re-used our towels that kind of thing, and on the one day we did request cleaning, it took them til late afternoon to get there, and we needed to get ready for dinner, so they hurried it up, so that was our only negative, wished they'd gotten their sooner.
