1. A duty manager arrived while I was there and instead of helping the lady out he just seemed to rearrange bottles.

4. My suggestion for travelers that arrive at a Hilton property with a computer down after reading this review is to immediately summon the General Manager and obtain their phone and email for follow up.

9. I complained to the front desk managers about the noise the following morning and they were professional and sympathetic.

10. I left a complaint and later that day a very nice young lady from the regional managers office (an executive assistant) offered me a whopping 20% discount and an upgrade during a future stay.
