When I stopped by the
front desk
at 8 pm after a long day and a business dinner, I was suprises to find that not only had thy failed to assign a new room, thy 'weren't certain where my bgs were, but would gt them to me right away.

staff was VERY helpful and gave me complimentary valet parking as compensation for having to wait for my room.
