They attempt to adust that by giving you a coupon for a complimentary appetiser, but that is only good in their high end, $25/entree, restaurant; I point that out and they give me a coupon for the sports bar, which is virtually empty, except for one person playinbg the juke box so loud that the server could not hear me tell him I was leaving because of the noise.

4. I missed some complimentary bottle of water we use to get at other Hilton hotels as HHonors members and breakfast were not very satisfactory (especially for me as lover of continental breakfasts - I understand that I'm in the US and can't expect best in this category, but they didn't even had croissants).
