1. One last thing worth mentioning: the hotel's unmanned parking lot is a GOOD LITTLE WALK away from the hotel building up a steep hill.

2. hotel has a great facelift on the renovations, rooms are clean and fresh, lobby is nice, housekeeping does a great job, a little bettter on the customer service but other wise its ok, one thing the parking is a walk from the hotel, its a lil hassle carrying luggage when u get there and have to walk from the parking lot which is not next to the hotel.

3. At other HGI locations, if you encounter a staff member (be it a housekeeper, waiter, painter, whatever) they ALWAYS smile and greet you as you walk by.
