1. hotel has a great facelift on the renovations, rooms are clean and fresh, lobby is nice, housekeeping does a great job, a little bettter on the customer service but other wise its ok, one thing the parking is a walk from the hotel, its a lil hassle carrying luggage when u get there and have to walk from the parking lot which is not next to the hotel.

3. Not only did everyone I meet go out of their way to be friendly and helpful, the room was very well maintained and kept clean by housekeeping.

5. Their maintenance staff fixed something for me right away, the restaurant server got things for me without my even asking, the set-ups for the conference were always beautiful, housekeeping kept our room sparkling, the food was great and the bar service very friendly.
