1. If having an other than highway view is important, ask for a room on south side of building, but, the entire hotel was quiet; highway noise not an issue at all.

8. Hotel is close to mass transit and a large mall, but it is not a good location if you want to walk around (highways and offices abound).

It's not that difficult to get to, once you get off the nearby highway you make that immediate right onto Lake Hearn Drive, but it is a bit annoying to get out because it's a one way road around office complexes so you have to have GPS or study the map beforehand to circle back onto the main road.
