1. I didn't explore the hotel much beyond the room, but there are plenty of sitting areas as well as a bar and small restaurant in the lobby area.

3. The room itself was typical hotel, nothing super special, but it was clean and there was a chocolate bar and a handwritten note from the cleaning lady on the counter near the microwave and the small fridge.

5. Their maintenance staff fixed something for me right away, the restaurant server got things for me without my even asking, the set-ups for the conference were always beautiful, housekeeping kept our room sparkling, the food was great and the bar service very friendly.
