1. My experience at the conference was terrific--the sales manager and the entire staff--from the chef to the desk receptionists to the housekeepers--were VERY helpful, kind, accommodating and gracious.

6. Emily Bauhs, the guest service Manager , is very professional and friendly and did a great job in reserving a quite room just as I asked, (on the second floor) and helping me out with directions to the mall and my car which got stuck in the snow.

7. Emily the guest service manager and Lex the bartender showed a tremendous ability to handle all the people stranded for the evening in Albany and handled everyone in a very friendly and efficient manner even though there wasn't enough staff to handle the suddenly sold out hotel.
