4. The location is convenient, sleeping rooms are of good size, clean and meet all of your basic needs (wirless, phone, flat screen, fridge and microwave and the big free breakfast in the morning was great!) (specially after a night of drinking.

They, the property manager, and the first-rate Guest Service Manager (yes, they have one) have gone out of their way to assist me with special requests on numerous occasions (like locating left-behind items, temporary storage of a bulky winter coat, last-minute adjustments to reservations, extra packages of in-room coffee, even help finding a minor sports event on an obscure cable channel) .
