1. The booking office for the agency for which I was traveling contacted their sales manager, who replied to me and told me to forward the relevant dry cleaning bills, but that the hotel manager would also follow up.

2. ) The night clerk took down my e-mail address and cell phone number, and assured me that the manager would contact me as soon as he arrived at 8:30 am and that he would 'take care of me,' yet it is just a few hours short of 4 days since I encountered the bedbugs and I have not heard from the manager.
