4. I was really pleased with this hotel - my internet cable didn't work in the first room I was placed in, so they moved me next door to a room about twice the size of the original for no extra charge.

7. Our room rate included parking, but when our receipt was placed under the door in the morning (no checkout would have been necessary, which I appreciate) the parking charge was added.
