1. It's location is perfect (in a nice neighborhood very close to the Mall area, with plenty of restaurants and a neat independent cinema) and we found a great discounted price online for a studio room w/ kitchen.

4. With parking and AARP discount rate, the room was $188 (but then the tax is added on top) and I think that's a great price for a hotel in that area.

5. Overall, every aspect of the hotel except the restaurant was fine, the discounted rates are a bargain for DC and I would happily stay there again.
