2. there's a gas station and star bucks across the street to help kick your morning off, and while we mostly missed breakfast everytime what was left by the time we stumbled down was still good.

5. But it is the hotels responsibility to be aware of this disruption & to warn guests when they book, close their business temporarily (is this not what business interuption insurance is for?) or only use parts of the hotel uneffected (rooms not overlooking the street).

6. That being said, we are headed back to spokane this fall, and because of the cleanliness and good location, (Starbucks is right across the street!) I would have considered staying here again if only they would have considered that I like to (and need to) sleep at night.
