1. At check in, everything seemed really nice, the lobby has beautiful granite counters, a nice marble tile floor, etc..

8. I never asked for compensation, I guess they were just wanting all of the people lined up in the lobby for breakfast to know that they'd better not ask for compensation if they didn't book directly with them.

9. Although the breakfast area is quite small, it is located in the lobby so that it was quite easy to spill over into the lobby and eat there.
