5. But it is the hotels responsibility to be aware of this disruption & to warn guests when they book, close their business temporarily (is this not what business interuption insurance is for?) or only use parts of the hotel uneffected (rooms not overlooking the street).

8. Our room reminded me of those in hotels like Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn hotels except it was a little older style.

10. It will never be a brand new hotel, but it has most of the fluff that we need when we travel - free internet, good breakfast, free parking, and clean rooms.
