1. Since I did not leave my room until about 11:20 the next morning, I didn't get any housekeeping service because I was told they make their last check just after 11 a.m. and I still had my 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door.

2. )Housekeeping knocked on the door early and we asked for a late check out since we had gotten in so late, and had some things to put together for the fundraising event we were heading to later that day.

3. The lamp was broken with a cracked base, but it was turned to the wall so maybe housekeeping didnt notice.
