The restaurant and wine bar were both closed, room service was mediocre, no minibar, the room needed to be refurbished (old lamps, rug, TV, etc.), didn't provide receipt under door (had to go to front desk), charged for wifi and parking (unlike other airport hotels), used a difficult wifi service, clock was sset to the wrong time, minimal bathroom supplies.
