1. This hotel seems like it is about to close (probalby the CA economy, but they should admit it)--I've liked other Hyatts, which is why I booked, but it was awful.

9. Second the bed sheets are awful they don't fit the beds and it is so uncomfortable when they bunch.

10. The things that were awful was first one elevator for like 150 rooms per floor and the whole hotel is a round circle so if your room is right in the middle you have to walk so far to get to the elevator, what a pain.
