1. There were few other people in the hotel on my first day; that changed on the second day when a single group of 450 people checked-in but there were no logistical problems as the result (although there were more cars in the parking structure, but still not a problem).

The restaurant and wine bar were both closed, room service was mediocre, no minibar, the room needed to be refurbished (old lamps, rug, TV, etc.), didn't provide receipt under door (had to go to front desk), charged for wifi and parking (unlike other airport hotels), used a difficult wifi service, clock was sset to the wrong time, minimal bathroom supplies.

4. It's really a good and nice hotel, but it's far from the most important points of San Francisco and if you have a car you will need to pay for the parking, what makes any promotion useless, at least if your budget is OK.
