1. We came around 7 pm and the room was not available, we waited for long time to find out the room wasn't cleaned yet, because they said that the guest was check out late (7pm?) and wanted us to wait another 30 minutes or longer, we told them that we need to shower as we need to goto airport, then they gave us a room, queen bed room which is pretty small and its unlike Hyatt at all.
