1. Service was good, and it is in a good location, but due to the 1000's of people staying it was too busy for the hotel to offer Great service.

5. Also I feel that its not as handicap accessible or stroller friendly as far as the stairs and no elevator in the courtyard and just going to different locations around the hotel.

7. They were very pleased with the location as it is very close to shopping malls, restaurants, Old Town San Diego, Gas Lamp District, and, of course, the beautiful San Diego Bay and Seaport Village.

8. The hotel is located within walking distance to an upscale mall and the trolley line which will take you to Old Town, Seaport Village and downtown San Diego.
