I did then and have up until this last trip recommended the Town & Country to anyone asking me where to stay in San Diego, confident that I was recommending the best hotel experience at a great
cost

So, here it is: Expensive, outdated, clean, moderate friendliness, great landscaping, close to shopping and transportation, fair food in lower
cost
areas.

Many other newer facilities were in the area at a much lower

I think the
cost
of $147 for a room is way out of the range of value for what you get.

During one of our classes, which was primarily focused on military housing, one other attendee said that this family-owned resort makes their facilities available to military families if they are available (at a low or minimal
cost
I think) - which I think is wonderful.

I also made it to Cabrillo National Park (20 minutes away from the resort?) to see Old Point Loma Lighthouse - it is positively gorgeous and has such a phenomal view - well worth the $5 or so it
cost
as entrance fee.

Our advance team planning the event was immediately impressed with the T&C'sfriendly Event Planners, who were able to meet all of our requests at a very competitive
cost

I realize upkeep on a large convention hotel is
cost
ly, but when your average Best Western has better beds, you know it's time to invest in a decent set of mattresses.

The extra
cost
of parking (if you have a car) adds to the otherwise reasonable room
cost
