1. Good for meetings, a quiet, well-prepared breakfast and/or an attentive lunch on the bright patio will always be my choice when visiting this part of San Diego.

2. Each year I have enjoyed seeing Jamie Sanders at the front desk who graciously greets you andMercedes Salcedo who always makes sure your breakfast is perfect and your coffee is always hot in the Terrace Cafe.

3. I liked it so much I came back the next morning, Pati took care of everything; after enjoying an excellent breakfast, I enjoyed great coffee (with fresh cream) for about an hour while reading from my iPad and enjoying the garden views, didn't want to leave.
