1. - Fridge not clean: there was a big wet towel in it used for soaking up melting ice - Got attacked by mosquitoes in the room - Went out to the balcony one night to take in the fresh air, instead I got a whiff of urine from the lawn below - Toilet flushing mechanism broke - Staff polite, but not helpful - Hanged a "do not disturb" sign outside, but cleaning staff came in anyway.
