1. time for check-out, i informed the lady in the front desk about the lack of bread for b/fast, she then informed her manager, JORGE, who was joking at that time (a lame one!) and so i informed him about the situation, instead of taking the comment, he then challenged me to bring in my husband n brother so he can question because he was sure he was there and breads were there.
