1. The bathroom had no wash clothes and when we went to the front desk they told us we would have to wait for housekeeping to arrive the following day to get wash clothes.

2. Almost everything was excellent, the only downside was that during our third day there, housekeeping tried rushing us so they could go in to clean the room.
