2. the only problem with that hotel is that the wirless internet is not free, but othe things are good especially the manager she is friendly and give me a lot of valuable advise about the places to visit in San Diego, and me and my family appriciate that hotel.

3. time for check-out, i informed the lady in the front desk about the lack of bread for b/fast, she then informed her manager, JORGE, who was joking at that time (a lame one!) and so i informed him about the situation, instead of taking the comment, he then challenged me to bring in my husband n brother so he can question because he was sure he was there and breads were there.

5. The lady at the counter stated that the room next door was available and before she finished either the manager/supervisor on duty or the owner called her over and let her know that would not be possible because we had already been in that room for 3 hours.

8. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK, THE MANAGER PUT US IN A DIFERENT ROOM AND SHE REIMBURSE ONLY 15 DOLLARS FOR THE FOOD THAT WE LOST.
