clerk noticed we booked a motor lodge room through Expedia and instead of giving us a room in that "motel" setting she upgraded us to a hotel tower room.

and was told there was an envelope for me, "didn't they give it to you when you checked in?" So, back across the parking lot, through the casino to the other side of the bldg to find out it was the slot credit.
