5. convenient to U of P campus, ICA, walk to World Cafe Live - quiet breakfast, good value for hotel meal - very nice room with free computer and internet access in room - hotel is overall bland and a little beat up but better value than hilton in same neighborhood.

8. Hotel is about a brisk 10 minute walk from 30th Street Station but like helpful native pointed out, if you cut through the university campus - just follow the yellow brick road - this makes a shorter trip.
