1. Had easy access valet parking and beach access (with reciprocity to the hilton a few blocks down on the beach)very secure, private and great restaurant downstairs.

2. We didn't need valet parking since the unit came with a parking pass, which is great as it saves you $15 a day on parking, that is if you self park in the garage.
