3. Friendly staff (rare in SoBe) and nicely appointed rooms, coupled with a really nice rooftop pool and cabana set up make this one of the better places to stay in SoBe without paying astronimical rates.

Also, be sure to take advantage of the passes that you can use at the Bentley Beach Resort just down Ocean Drive - we walked down the beach to the Resort and all we had to do was showe the cabana boy our room key and he supplied us with lounging chairs, beach towels, and chilled bottles of water.
