6. Friendly staff (rare in SoBe) and nicely appointed rooms, coupled with a really nice rooftop pool and cabana set up make this one of the better places to stay in SoBe without paying astronimical rates.

9. 2 weeks before our vacation the owner of the suite called to say she couldn't accomadate us and was refunding my money, I was horrified, there was no way I was going to find a room at that rate ($263 per night) at the last minute and during the holiday.

10. We paid a $40 cleaning fee in addition to our rate prior to arrival and didn't have any clean sheets or towels * I was told of a leak in the bathroom prior to our stay, it was repaired but it would have been nice to a fresh roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and not an obviously water-stained roll.
