Our room was cleaned daily; we were supplied fresh towels in the bath and kitchenette area, the supply of complimentary coffee and tea in our room was replenished daily and although the breakfast bar was limited it was welcomed as it saved us the expense of an additional meal eaten away from the hotel.

2. The room had a broken coffee maker that spilled the liquid all over the kitchen floor, I cleaned and left the paper towels on the counter to find them on the same spot the very next day 'after the housekeeping service cleaned up the room'.

3. The housekeeper knocked at our door while we were sleeping, gave us some clean towels and stated that she could not come back later to make the beds or clean the room in two days.

5. Kitchen was tiny but contained stove/ oven , refrigerator, microwave, sink and was complete with paper towels, coffee maker, coffee and condiments, dishes, silverware.
