3. During the check in process the front desk supervisor denied me a complimentary upgrade with the excuse that the hotel did not offer such benefit to their loyal members, Marriott's website says different.

4. The only thing I would like to see different would be a bigger pool and a smoke detector that was extra sensitive, (They can turn it off for you at the front desk), and more parking.
