Our room was cleaned daily; we were supplied fresh towels in the bath and kitchenette area, the supply of complimentary coffee and tea in our room was replenished daily and although the breakfast bar was limited it was welcomed as it saved us the expense of an additional meal eaten away from the hotel.

2. During the check in process the front desk supervisor denied me a complimentary upgrade with the excuse that the hotel did not offer such benefit to their loyal members, Marriott's website says different.
