3. The room had a broken coffee maker that spilled the liquid all over the kitchen floor, I cleaned and left the paper towels on the counter to find them on the same spot the very next day 'after the housekeeping service cleaned up the room'.

7. Housekeeping services are based on the length of your stay, so if you are staying more than 4 days you will only receive services 3 times a week and only full service once a week.
