2. prosservice - on all fronts: an upgrade on arrival, great pool attendees, helpful concierge desk, warm and very pleasant valetsfood - duo for all breakfasts, spago and ferraros for dinner and pool menus for most lunches, all good quality, if not a little pricey (but its vacation so keep the food and drink coming and worry about the bill later).

4. We booked through WhatAHotel site and received free breakfast buffet daily (worth it since its easily $85 for two otherwise), one free lunch at any of the hotel restaurants for two, and room upgrade from partial ocean to full ocean view.
