7. About the only complaints would be having the room available for check-in, and having the bill correct without requiring the guest to find errors (although this was quickly corrected).

9. prosservice - on all fronts: an upgrade on arrival, great pool attendees, helpful concierge desk, warm and very pleasant valetsfood - duo for all breakfasts, spago and ferraros for dinner and pool menus for most lunches, all good quality, if not a little pricey (but its vacation so keep the food and drink coming and worry about the bill later).

10. Breakfast was $75 dollars each day for me and my wife and that was taken off our bill when we checked out.
