4. prosservice - on all fronts: an upgrade on arrival, great pool attendees, helpful concierge desk, warm and very pleasant valetsfood - duo for all breakfasts, spago and ferraros for dinner and pool menus for most lunches, all good quality, if not a little pricey (but its vacation so keep the food and drink coming and worry about the bill later).

6. Seriously - our room maid deserves kudos, the gardeners are AMAZING, the bar tenders at the adult pool are INCREDIBLY wonderful, the concierge staff are outstanding.

7. The concierge was very helpful in getting us rides into Wailea (this is provided by the hotel within a certain radius of the hotel), a taxi, booking excursions, etc. If we needed a ride, it was there within minutes.
