2. (I mean, Honua Kai had it!) I think this is a really lame thing for them to charge for, especially when they are otherwise really good at not nickeling & dime-ing people there (no charge for game room or kids club, for example).

8. Rooms came with a big plasma tv, complimentary water, and a dvd player (for which guests could borrow dvds free of charge from the concierge!) The people at the hotel gave you water and towels, too, whenever you went on any excursion.
