3. One bad thing about our room was that the bathroom was modified for wheelchair access, so we didn't have the nice soaker tub / shower combo, instead we had a drain in the floor and a shower curtain.

6. We were traveling with our kids, 6 and 4, who were given a small bag of toys at the reception desk and arrived at the room to find their names spelled in sponge letters on the tub, a stuffed fish toy for each of them and milk and cookies as a treat.

8. So, hoping on our last night for the possibility of a nice bath after dinner, I called and complained again to a manager and asked the tub to be fixed while we were at dinner.

9. Despite the fact that I told the manager that we had a dinner reservation at 7:30 pm, we returned to the room at 9:15 pm to discover 2 maintenance men trying to fix the tub faucet--and they had arrived only 20 minutes before.

10. The room was very large, as was the bathroom, which was all marble with two sinks, stall shower with tub, and separate stall with toilet.
