1. I was less than pleased though with the assistance and attention provided by the front desk staff and the pool attendants.
"Beautiful location, sub-par sevice " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/28/2008 Vote
2. Areas for improvement or negs: service a bit spotty - front desk, restaurant and beach was good, but pool and spa was inconsistent; only one pool and it can get crowded; everything in town closes at 8pm so eat early or you'll eat at the hotel; with four restaurants, I would have like to see greater diversity; longer hours and more extensive service at the beach.
"Overall great place to vacation... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/13/2008 Vote
3. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk to the pool staff who set up your chairs and clean your sunglasses while you sit by the pool.
"Great stay at the Four Seasons " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/23/2008 Vote
4. Room service came quickly, our laundry was done beautifully (starched, too), the front desk was helpful, and the bell boys were always on-hand to carry our luggage.
"Great Hotel, a little on the stuffy side " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/31/2008 Vote
5. Even if you book on line, we suggest you call a manager at the front desk about one or two weeks before your arrival, just to make sure there aren't any specials being offered that you may not know about.
"A Magnificent Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/10/2009 Vote
6. The one exception to this was Justin at the front desk.

7. The remainder of the front desk staff were curt, aloof and haughty.

8. Where else does the front desk call you to tell you your flight has been cancelled and you'll miss your connection unless you get the next flight in 40 minutes time- and they call the airline and instruct them to wait for you .
"If you're looking to relax then you've found the perfect destination " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/31/2008 Vote
9. There wasn't even anyone at the front desk and we had to wait in the lobby.
"More like a 3.5 star hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/27/2008 Vote
10. It's different from when it was Starwood, and there actually was no front desk.
