We made it to the pool everyday before 9 or 10 and there wasn't a problem finding a location but one parent of some larger group came down and had the pools staff reserve a minimum of 8 chairs for her and her crownies then disappeared for an hour or two only to come back and be louder then necessary.

3. I think the Big Island still edges the Lanai location out only for the fact of the number of pools and the consistency of the service.

9. Recently stayed at this property for 4 days for a 5th anniversary trip, combining the trip with a 4 day trip to the sister hotel at Koele, located inland (both stays were buy 3 nights, get one free).

10. Our package included private transportation waiting to greet us, Our choice of locations between both Four Seasons properties on the island, we chose The pagoda at the Lodge and loved it.
