She calls the desk and the manager starts yelling at her stateing that she don't know what she is talking about and she is crazy, we went down to the desk and as soon as we walked up the manager started yelling about they don't reserve king beds and we are crazy that we are not welcomed on the ground and we wont ever get a room there and they are calling the police and I told them go ahead because I got the proof of what I reserved.
