1. I went to bed at 10pm to get a good night sleep for my conference across the street at the Hilton Anatole (very convenient walk).

3. My friends, who also stayed there with us, tried to walk to get food and felt like the neighborhood got very shady and ended up at Burger King.

5. It was only a 5 minute walk but the difference of walking into the lobby at the Hilton and the lobby at the Sheraton was miles apart.

8. We walked to the DART every morning and it was OK although the sidewalk stops for the last third of the walk.

In simple words, here are my pro's/con's:PRO's: location, very modern with TWO flat panel TV's, extraordinarily clean, all the extras in your room such as a hair dryer, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker - all included, great king size bed, nice view of the city skylineCON's: location adjacent to the highway means noise (not tons, but still noticable), king size bed takes up literally ALL of the bedroom with VERY little room to walk, parking costs $8 a night, staff gave me the wrong room first then gave me a non-working key .
